Step 1 — Your personal information

Tell us who you are. We use these details to verify your identity and to contact you about your complaint.

Step 2 — Your dealings with the firm

Describe your relationship with the investment firm you are complaining about and the amounts involved.

Start typing or pick from the FMC register. If the firm is not listed, choose "Other".
Please select the firm.
The total you transferred to the firm.
The most recent balance the firm displayed on your account.
Format: dd/mm/yyyy (e.g. 03/11/2024).
Please describe the problem.

Step 3 — Upload your evidence

Attach the documents that support your complaint. Personal identification is required; the other documents are optional but help us investigate faster.
